SAY YES

It's not easy to inherit a campaign. But it sure is fun. Like vandalizing a bathroom — you find the space nobody explored and spray paint your words in there.

The concept development, the writing, the music, the casting—these are all choices that someone has to make, and thankfully I was given a lot of trust.

These ran on targeted digital channels, aiming to capitalize on mid-funnel customers considering a vehicle purchase within the next six months.

We made a lot of spots…

I really like cars, and for that reason, I really hate the RAV4.

You know those khaki pants that zip off and become shorts? That's RAV4. The weird thing is, and what makes Toyota so ridiculously good at making cars is, they make a version of those dorky pants that go 0-60 in 5.6 seconds. Which is only a little slower than the Supra.

I think of it as a soulless nothing vehicle that somehow does the things you'd want a real vehicle to do. (Obviously this is just my opinion, and a minority one at that. RAV4 is the best selling vehicle in their lineup and impossible to find at a dealership.)

Not a RAV4, but close.

It’s a Corolla Cross. I have at least 3 more commercials in this campaign that I didn’t link. Email me if you’re curious.
